S & F Personalpsychologie specializes in the development and application of personnel selection tools. Our services also include job analysis to determine characteristics that are actually relevant to job success; the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, and the design and evaluation of personnel training instruments, personnel marketing, and employee surveys. In every case, we offer customer-tailored solutions that allow our clients to build on our instruments and services, e. g. using modular training courses and personnel selection and development concepts based on the individual job analysis. Direct search and contact ('headhunting') do not form part of the services we offer.

The work carried out by S & F Personalpsychologie conforms to the highest scientific standards. Our aim is clear and simple: If we do something, it's because we do it better than the rest. And each time, we do it better than before.

Our modern methods are based on many years of experience in research and practice, following topics currently relevant in our field, and following the principle of multimodality. This ensures the continuous influx of new research findings into our work – not least of all from our own self-financed research projects. These findings allow us continuously to expand and improve our products and services.

Innovations from S & F.

The work we carry out is very often pioneering in nature. For example, S & F Personalpsychologie developed the first-ever integrity test in German-speaking countries, entrepreneurial aptitude assessment, for predicting the success of founders of new businesses, achievement motivation training for various professional groups, an internet-based aptitude assessment instrument founded on sound scientific principles, and selection systems designed specifically for industrial workers. This last area in particular has been seriously lacking in appropriate tools for personnel selection instruments.

We are in charge of our clients.

Client-oriented working means acting in the client's best long-term interests and assuming full responsibility for these actions. It also includes carrying out basic explanatory work and if necessary advising the client against taking a certain course of action if our experience shows that such action would not be wise or methodically well-founded. As far as personnel selection is concerned, we firmly reject all tasks that cause applicants unnecessary stress, and concentrate solely on aspects that are relevant for job success.

Any solution we design meets individual client requirements. This demands a detailed technical examination of the client-specific task in order to develop appropriate instruments and put them into practice. It also means S & F Personalpsychologie will not provide standard solutions, preferring instead quality solutions to suit you and your individual requirements.
